Well, information is scarce, but I think it uses a motorcycle engine, and the exhaust system probably comes from the same bike.

Kantanka Okatakyie, a 1.5-litre three-wheeler built by Dr. Ing. Kantanka in Ghana. He also makes an SUV!

Kantanka Okatakyie is correct! Bizarrely described as a "(Mercedes) G-Wagon like car" (??) by the Kantanka press release parroted by many Ghanaian websites. Kantanka press releases are pretty bonkers BTW, there is one claiming that "Ford's first fully self-driving car (a Ford Fusion/Mondeo) copies Ghana's Kantanka Mensah model"

. The head of Kantanka (who, again according to company press releases, personally invents everything they build) is referred to by Ghanaian media as Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo, and he is the leader of some kind of religious movement, called Kristo Asafo church.
The letters "K1600RT" on the side of the vehicle make me think that this has been built using the engine of a BMW motorcycle, but I haven't been able to find confirmation of this.

Yes, I believe the Okatakyie does use a BMW bike engine, and thanks for the point.

I sadly suspect that the self-styled Apostle Dr. Ing. Kwadwo Safo is the latest of a worryingly long line of dreamers and con-men that have existed in the automotive industry virtually from the day the motor car was invented! And as for Kantanka's odd G-Wagen comparison..!
