Yanmar Tractor Tire Car Wheel Motor Vehicle. If I undertood right, it's a Radio control vehicle with the smallest Diesel engine ever built

I don't think you've understood all of the details correctly, but you've uncovered enough to earn the point! This is a 1937 'Okada-style' tractor by Yanmar. It utilizes a small diesel engine, but not 'the world's smallest diesel engine' (produced by Yanmar in 1952). Also, it is not radio-controlled.
