I originally encountered the image on Facebook, with no description or mention of a coachbuilder. There were markings on the car, however (which I have digitally removed). These markings allowed me to locate multiple Spanish websites where the car was described in more detail. I also have an image of the car as viewed from the front.

It has the appearance of an armored vehicle, but none of the sources I found describe it as such.
