I probably have this scrambled and incomplete, but from what I understand, this seems to be the "Jeeva Jet," built by the Jeeva Transport Corporation for TNSTC-Erode (JTC) circa the mid-1980s.

Great! Yes, it is the 'Jeeva Jet' built by the 'Jeeva Transport Company'. Leyland Viking based, in the mid-80's (1986). Only one very small step missing for the point to find the designer?
