I have this as the Vincent made by Dwornik Engineering of Oxford.
According to my information it was to be MGB-based, but maybe they changed their minds...

I've seen MPH replicas Riley-badged so they are possibly Riley-based, but I gathered this one wouldn't be.

More for indexing reasons than just nit-picking, can I say he's Dwornik, not Dwonik.
