Yes, it is another Freshwater creation, an Austin Seven-based special, built by Howard Freshwater between 1949-50.

Well done, two points to you, and please don't forget to try to narrow down the creator for my #654 puzzle here in BH too, as you have already mentioned the name, but as part of a long list, with this one still Locked to you  .
