I believe this is an Smith's/NCB High-Top van built on a Smith Electric 2-ton chassis. Are you looking for another name? The smaller vehicles had model names such as "Commuter" and "Suburbanite", but I wasn't aware of any such model name for the 2-ton van. If I'm wrong, please let me know and I'll see if I can find the name you're looking for.

It is electric, but not NCB. Gte4289 has already established that it was built by Smith's, for which I've added a point.

To me, until your comment here, it was not so clear it is a vehicle made by Smiths (BH soon for this electric commercial vehicle built by Smith's) but under another name. I suspect the brand name is not NCB?
