Sorry but I don’t know. To help clarify, part of my original question - who created this - doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a coachbuilder, so your recent Robert Jankel answer was more along the right lines (though not the answer!). What this is called is also key.

Sorry, not the answer you want, but any other cars by this individual are unknown to me and I don't think he built any actual cars.
