It was a 1984 Mercedes-Benz test mule for 4WD. The car consisted of three modules (front, middle, rear). The pictured car had a Audi 100 front axle and a Mercedes-Benz rear axle.

this is it
in my article there was written that it was used to developed FWD, RWD or 4WD thanks to this module architecture of it
and the first model which was developed with this "Frankensetin" was MB W201
