Not Lister. Not 1956. Not Silverstone.  What engine?

Blimey, I should know this.  Is it the first car of someone who would become a well-known designer ?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

It's not his first car.  He is fairly well known as he designed and built several cars, normally under his own name but on at least one occasion for someone else (or he sold a design to them)

1500ccm?
I don't know.
It may have been running in the 1500cc class or it might have been in the 1300cc class depending on which engine it had.

No, not him.  This designer/builder's cars normally carried his name.

Kieft?
No.  Because it's a
Tojeiro?

So now we need:  The engine?  The year?  The track?
I didn't ask for the driver as I didn't know him. (But I do now)

Is the driver Jim Fiander ?
No it isn't.  But I'm not considering the driver part of the puzzle.

MG engine?
1954?
Castle Combe?
MG engine?  Yes
1954?  No, but very close
Castle Combe?  Yes

Locked for Carnut to find the final piece.
