Looks like it is electric motor driven so I guess the engine is just powering a generator.

As it is right hand drive British?

It just may be. With the limited sources I have, the most I know is that it was used for Air Force personnel.

It looks like a combination of wheelhub motors and an internal combustion engine. Is it some kind of hybrid powered?
