1938: I don't know exactly, but it can't be because:
1,1 L: No. The displacement is correct, but the type designation is different.
Stolle: Yes
Horstmann & Sander: Yes. If you want to buy leather goods in Hanover, you can do so at Horstmann & Sander since 1884.

All I know about it was found un WheelsAge, i.e. Opel 1,1 Liter mit Sonderaufbau von Stolle (1196) '1938

First of all, I'm locking this puzzle for pguillem. Sorry, I forgot to do that last time.
Please have a look at WheelsAge for another Opel from this period with 1100 cc engine capacity. You will find a strong resemblance... From the mid 1930s onwards Opel stopped using displacement figures in the type designation for new models, making a 1.1 L unlikely.
But if there is no clear solution, there will be a double title for this puzzle.

Strange. I wrote an answer about one week ago but I don't see it. Maybe did I forgot to send it ?

Anyway. On the same page, I foond a very similar-looking Opel 1,1 Liter Kastenwagen, but as it is a 1100 cc engine, it can't be the answer.

I'm stuck. Sorry.

1.1 litres is OK. But there is another type designation for this series. Locked for another try, if you want.

Yes!! It is a Opel P4 by Stolle. And that results in the next point for you
As already mentioned, Opel changed the model designations from displacement volume to names in the mid-1930s (e.g. P4, Kadett...), certainly for German-speaking countries. In export, the displacement was still used in some cases, the Super 6, for example, was also called Opel 2.5. For the Puzzle vehicle, built in Hanover for a customer in Hanover, the designation "P4" was used in all probability. It is quite possible that vehicles of the same construction were also called "1.1 Litre" in the Expport.
