Partially British, at least. No Skoda

I am not actually 100 per cent sure of the chassis, but I have a good idea. It's not a Hillman

Correct!
This is one of several Fitzmaurice designs which we've all seen as drawings, but I only relatively recently found out that all his designs had been built, not only the Tatra and large Ford V8.

I believe this one is also on a Ford chassis but if anyone can be certain from what little can be seen, let me know

… his company, Airstream Ltd.,  also designed a Singer Airstream in 1934.
Such a car recenly came up for sale in New Zealand.

Yes, the Singer was his only design produced in series. I made some enquiries about buying the NZ car but I had just bought a Riley Monaco and I simply couldn't afford it. I believe it is still for sale, and I hope it is saved by somebody sensitive to its rarity and importance as the first series-production British streamlined car. Only one other Singer exists, and I don't believe any other Airstream cars survive although many were built.
