You shot yourself in the foot - it's a 1919 Palladium. Found it whilst researching your other Palladium puzzle !
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Exactly right. This is the first post-WW1 attempt at a passenger car from Palladium. It never progressed beyond this prototype, and the model they eventually introduced was a much more conventional 12hp car
