2023 Cultra Motorsport Festival
« on: June 13, 2023, 06:00:39 AM »
A few photos taken at this event - these cars were in the car park. The "Bentley" was a Racing Green built example, using a 1950 Mk VI as donor and fitted with a 6.7 V8. I was impressed by the attention to detail and overall quality. Two lovely MG J2s, a Riley Brooklands and (from the local museum) a McCandless 4wd Formula 3 racer.

From the hillclimb entry - 1928 Aston Martin LM2, 1929 Salmson GS8, 1934 Ford V8 which raced in the Tourist Trophy, and a 1914 Delage voiturette. I was extremely surprised to see this. I think it must have been built for that year's Coupe des Voiturettes which didn't take place.
