Springfield Rolls-Royce with unknown coachwork

Next one - one may think people here look so happy and proud for owning a Rolls-Royce, if you consider the massive grille. But the scenery looks US-American, and so probably the brand ist too. Do you know it? If so, please tell me!

Many Rolls-Royces were bodied in the US, mainly by Brewster.
This looks like a Silver Ghost from about 1920, although I don't know a great deal about cars from this era; but there are plenty on here who do!
