No replies or very slow from me for at least a few days, as I am sick. (Nothing  serious)

(Best of luck too you Mr.B)

Get well soon.

Can I suggest that if people are going to be leaving, either permanently or temporarily, they let one of the regulars know the answers and ask them to effectively take over ownership of the puzzles.  There is nothing worse than finding an answer, posting it and then seeing no response ...

Sure. But don't worry about that as far as I am concerned. I'll keep watch of my own puzzles often enough so that it can't happen longer than three or four days.

Another week of heavy travel. West coast tomorrow (where I hope it will be warmer!), and Tennessee later in the week, and with Motown sandwiched in-between.

My visits here will be sporadic until Friday of this week.

I am about to disappear for a couple of weeks on a long Christmas break, so my answers will be slow and occassional.  May I take this opportunity to wish all fellow Auto Puzzlers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and here's to many more great puzzles in 2011!  ;D

Back briefly for 24 hours, but about to disappear again, so no or slow answers from me until the middle of next week. Happy New Year all.

As I wrote before I may be subject to long black-outs...I will always have time for this place, but I'm going to slow down.  :-\

Job-related I'll be an infrequent visitor for an indefinite time.
So thanks in advance for your patience if I don't reply as quick as you'll might expect.
For another thing I will probably not be able to read each comment of you, dear puzzlers!
(4 pages of unread posts today after I was offline only for 1½ days!!!)

About to head off to Retromobile in Paris, and then away for a few days, so slow or no answers until next week.

Lucky old you..
I've only been to Retromobile once but it's one of the best shows.
I'd better keep that Vauxhall puzzle locked for you until your return then Djetset.

;D It's all good, as long as it results in more business.

Like Otto, from tomorrow evening I'm also going away for a while (but not with Otto!) so no posts or replies from me for 10 days.  Perhaps see some of you at the Geneva Show next week.

Don't be too late!  ;)

business travel (again). While away, I've got to do some reflecting. I've treated friends poorly ( shout-out to Allemano, in particular - sorry man! ). Same is true in the 'real' world.

I won't be gone completely, nor permanently.

Don't worry!
Sometimes I deal blows, so, I have to absorb them from time to time..
And I know these bad moods all too well! ;)

From March 25th (next friday) I will be off on a long-awaited trip to the USA and wont be back home until the beginning of June, so there'll most probably be no activity from me for those months...  :o Not sure how I'll cope without my daily dose of AP.

This weekend I will move any unsolved puzzles directly to the Pro section so hopefully most of them will be solved before I leave

Amazingly they have computers in the USA too!
You can log on from any computer in anyone's home, hotel or internet cafe.
When I'm travelling on business abroad I always make sure I can get access to the hotel's computer and log on to AP; in many countries it's free, unlike in the UK where it's the usual British Rip-Off at about £10 per go...
Enjoy your trip!
