Sorry to bring this one up again, but it's been discussed before and decided that it's incumbent on the puzzle-poster to move his puzzles through the boards in reasonable time, and that if they're not then Admins can move them up a board.
I note there are puzzles in the Rookie section which have been there since July; I think if they haven't been answered by now it's unlikely they're going to be and they could usefully be moved up to the Experts section. There might be Experts just waiting for them to move to answer them!
What's the point of posting puzzles if they're going to be forgotten?
