Happy Birthday!!

Only one year behind me, Amigo:

Went to the Doctor yesterday for an annual physical exam:

Hypertension still exists (High Blood Pressure).
COPD still exists: (Chronic Pulmonary Disease}
Arthritis still exists:
New development, Acid Reflux:  Stomach all screwed up as well as my throat.
Non malignant pre cancerous growths continue on my scalp:

Tomorrow is my beloved Pat's 73d birthday and I have not had the courage yet to tell her that my Doctor has now forbidden me to ever again take Viagra or the other two similar meds for obvious reasons.  I don't think I will bring it up tomorrow.

So, we will enjoy the cake but without the lady/man theme.
