Thanks Paul!  :)
I knew I would give away an excellent mystery car, but my curiousness was stronger.

BTW: Why does Google refuses to give any results?

I have never seen this car before, but with the name of it the pictures, Paul Jaray has posted, could be easily found via google.. BTW.. I think there are no other info about this car: tech specs, etc?  ???

Is my Google more disabled than yours?  ???

EDIT: Now I've found it! But nothing about builder, specifications etc.

You can find at least 3 sources, one with only pics, one of the company who engineered the retractable top and one of an article about this car, with very little info.

It's named Tresaire concept convertible, produced by Cars & Concepts, Brighton, Michigan.(Masco C&C corporation) Some additional informations are to find on a Canadian Ebay store. It's content of some Autolit brochure again.

Sorry for the delay...I think this link is absolutely harmless, but I do not want to break any rule so here's what's in there:

"A convertible whose top can be lowered at 65 mph? The C&C Skylite Convertible Hardtop System provides the first convertible top that can be opened and closd at highway speeds. Showcased on the "Trasaire," C&C's concept vehicle, this convertible hardtop has an aerodynamic all-glass top that can be vented..." You have to sign in for the rest.

Somewhere was an (very) old puzzle showing an almost covered wreck of a white mystery car. It was stored in some backyard behind a fence. ???
Hope you know what I mean...

You mean the MG based kit car, which our member Arthur Dent used to own but recently sold?

I know this is a case of shutting the stable door long long after the horse is over the horizon, but I still feel this would be better as another bulletin board with one thread per car.  Certainly a "What is this - I don't know?" post/thread should not be on a puzzle board.
