Does anyone know what this voiture sans permis is please? I took this photo about 12 years ago in Nimes, in the south of France, but I could not see any marque or model identification on the car at all, and it still remains a mystery to me today.

Here's another mystery to me. It's clearly an Alfa Romeo 1900, reported in a Swiss magazine around 1959-60, but does anyone know who built this coupe/cabriolet conversion please? Thanks.

The car is equipped with a Marelli movable roof, but according to Salvetti (in the book Curiosalfa) it's not known who added it to the car, maybe Touring itself...

Another mystery for me.

Has anyone any idea what this orange car is please? It is British, and clearly based on a Mini, but beyond that, I have no idea, so any help very welcome.

It's registered with DVLA as a "Minimouse", colour orange, 848 cc, date of registration 3 September 1974. It's currently unlicensed, last renewal due August 2011.

I've no idea about it apart from that, I'm afraid.

A museum in Florida has an example of that particular style of Mini Mouse. Google for

The folks on another well-known forum are having trouble identifying this car from an old period photo. The setting is the town square at La Chartre-sur-Lois, and this image is an enlarged section of the photo. Personally I think it's a handbuilt Panhard-based special - does anyone know more?

I thought it might help if you could all see the original photo, which also gives a sense of proportional size. Come on AP members - our reputation is at stake. The other forum seem to think it will only be a short time before they get an answer from us.
