Yes this picture was taken from PMagazine. Here is a short text.I think it is Dodge Daytona 199X from 1987 or early Stealth's project

those are Camaro wheels and the front end looks like a Camaro too. particularly where the fog lights are.
is that just a mockup?
The B-pillar and rear end is also reminiscent of the Gen4 Camaro and the front is reminiscent of the Gen4 Firebird.

See what I'm talking about?

Also, those are earlier Camaro wheels. After 1989, the wheels went from a concave spoke to a flat spoke

My guess it's it's a Car and Driver "what the next Camaro will look like" from about 1990.

Good question. You'd be in a far better place to define the term than I will ever be. I think vwlarry is a past member. Barry Wolk might be one also. Me, not so much. I'm just a slacker. I'm nothing if not consistent in my inconsistency.

I don't know where the picture was taken, but at first sight I would say it is a German Ford Köln convertible from 1933, the base car being identical to the British Ford Model Y.

I hope there are some number plate experts around. I found pictures of an interesting car (perhaps a future puzzle) from the late 50s, early 60s with a number plate I cannot match. Perhaps it is an old Luxemburg plate, but I really don't know. Who can help?

Quite a few countries issued plates using a similar format to your question.
For instance pre-war (actually up to 1951) Dutch plates used 1 letter followed by up to 5 numbers in white on a blue background, but I can't see that any district was allocated 'W'. Norwegian plates up to 1971 also used the same format, and 'W' would represent the county of Nordland, except there should be a '-' between the letter and the numbers. Iceland also used the same style but again I can't see that they used 'W'. Portuguese numbers were very similar to the Norwegian ones, but also always had a dash between the letter and the numbers.
It could belong to certain British colonies, or it could indeed be a 1904/1919 British plate from Sheffield, which is perhaps the most likely candidate. It isn't from Luxembourg as you suggest.
I'll keep looking to see if I can see any more information.

Unlikely. South African numbers were up to 3 letters followed by up to 6 numbers. Although provinces were issued with single letter codes these were followed by other letters for more specific towns.

The only code I can see for Windhoek is 'SW'.

If not GB then it could be many colonial countries, such as Singapore (which had one or two letters but the first was always S or E!) They always had the appearance of British plates but usually had fewer letters, although generally just one or two of them (e.g. J for Jamaica) and up to 4 numbers.
Perhaps you can think of a British Colony that started with W? Windward Islands?!

Furthermore: Argentinian registrations used white letters on a black background, with a singe letter denoting the region followed by up to 6 numbers.. I don't have a picture of one though so I don't know what the font looked like. 'W' was Corrientes province.

However, you state the car is RHD...
