The instruments are 1930s Peugeot and the motor is AutoBleu Marine.  Is not believed to be original but it is all leading up to the conclusion that it is French.

I AM SORRY, SORRY, SORRY!  I have messed up badly.  I just gave out wrong information for this car.  I got completely confused with another car that I am researching.  This car is just a shell.  No instruments and no motor.
I suspect it is an American body for a Bantam or Crosley or some such.
Again, I apologize profusely.
