Another detail that speaks for a rendering: the single lights which build a pair of twin headlamps are absolutely identical on each side. Note the high lights!
A common 'copy and paste' practice of lazy artists.

You don't see that in reality:

Netter Versuch..  ;D

Someone has gone to a lot of effort (even faking the satellite picture).

The side window reflection does look a bit bright, but the house windows are shaded by the eaves and have opaque glass.

You wouldn't see the entire car from the satellite's view considering the car's parking position. The roof of the house would hide at least a third I think.

I'd like to see a shot of the house on Google maps, which is a MUCH higher resolution than the Bing map. Next time the chap who posted it is online on Pistonheads you (Trommel) should request a copy of this within, say 10 minutes - more than enough time to take a screenshot and upload it to the web, but not enough time to make a convincing enough p'shop!

On some other threads where this is posted, there is speculation that its a Photoshop picture

Where else is it being discussed?

From elsewhere - this is a satellite image of the car from Bing maps:

What's the building address? I'd like to have a look at that myself.

No idea where it's supposed to be.

On reflection (and a bigger screen) it's a bit fishy. Looks like it has been outside for years yet the tyres are still fully inflated, as much moss growing under the car as around it etc.

How did somebody get a Bing satellite shot without a location?

I believe the person who started this off said that it's his g/friends parent's house & posted the satellite shot.
I'd like to see the rear, interior and under bonnet. I wonder if this will ever happen - I'm beginning to doubt it.

The car is real - home-built and unique.

It's an extremely interesting effort; not half bad!
I believe it has appeared in the mystery car thread of a French website.

The motor looks like a Nissan (Datsun) converted to run as a sidewinder.

Could be.  I don't think there's a patent on that type of cam cover.  :)

Any ideas on this one? Looks like it might be Traction-based but beyond that I'm stumped....

It's a Traction Avant, probably an 11CV and I believe bodied by Clabot.
The Clabot TAs I've seen have the headlights molded into to the bodywork so can anyone confirm this is definitely by Clabot?

Yes, it's a 1939 Citroen 11 B which was rebodied by Clabot in 1947. Below you can see it as found in 2007:

Thanks for the confirmation Wendax which answers Barrett's question.
The car I was referring to with the headlights molded into the bodywork is shown below -
