I find that group puzzles get very unwieldy as you follow the guesses and responses and have to keep scrolling up to see what the subject is.  Can I suggest that we limit one group puzzle to, say, 10 cars or 10 pairings.  After all, if you really want to post 30 dustcarts or 30 cesspool emptiers is there anything wrong with doing it in three separate puzzles?  A little more work for the poster as he has to open three threads.

The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.

Actually a helluva lot easier for the puzzler to manage; you should try keeping track of 36 buses!!

With any of the long-to-solve, multi-page puzzles, I find it helpful to open the page with the to-date answers in one tab, and the page with the thing I'm trying to ID, in another tab.
