It is not Bobby Kohlrausch's GvB, but it competed against that car.

I thought I was looking at the back of the car! I thought those were exhausts and the fuel filler was at the back.

However, I think it's Heinrich Schneller's Eldo 75.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
