Too tough for the Rookies it seems, but easy for the Experts?

According to my source this design which was proposed by norm Nebozenko,Doug miller, Bud Ward, and Jack Mills, who proposed the Midshipman,a rather small four-or five-seater forward control sedan with plenty of unique feathers. One would enter the car via clamshell door, hinged like a hood just under the slit a-pillar.?

Sorry but it's not a Nami prototype as it is the Midshipman. Now Locked to kwgibbs to name the car company behind the concept, plus from what year.

Yes, Ford was the name I was seeking, and it's from 1958, but you are close enough to earn the point, so well done.
