I know it's a British kit car proposal, but frustratingly at this stage I can't recall who proposed it!  Could it be a Hensen project?

I know exactly where to find the answer, but sadly I' not able to find it currently as I'm away from home, and will be for the next few weeks  :(

Yes, two words that are a mystery as that magazine they are in is still eluding me!  I will have to re-investigate again  ???

This is not that hard, now. In a kit-car magazine there was this ad, with this proposal. It has a name not impossible to discover.
