Not what I have on my notes, although you are very close with the hybrid suggestion.

I'm sorry - you were correct. The website referred to this car as an electric La Cuadra but this is wrong. It is in fact a Pieper built in 1899 with de Dion combustion engine and electric motors.

One more point to you.
