This is one where I have to ask "Why?".  It won't be any lighter or faster.  It isn't any roomier - in fact there's less rear headroom. The boot is no bigger.  It is different,.  But is it better looking?
Having had my little rant, I'd better ask a question:  Was this modification made in Britain?

So I see, but the information I was working from didn't mention that.
See below, where it says the car was available as a cabrio or a coupé, which I assumed was their take on the Broadspeed/Buckle style of Mini coupé.
I did check for more information on the Internet but couldn't find anything.
Maybe it's because I didn't put the full stops in..

Sorry anyway but I could only work from the facts I had to hand.

Never mind, it gets absolutely ok for me. I only saw all the gaps on the top of the windshield and at A-, B- and C-pillars, but I had no idea on A.B.S.-Group at all...
