Please identify chassis, coachbuilder and year for a point

A Silver Ghost with cantilevered rear springs and no front brakes . . . I would guess around 1914. The coachwork doesn't look English; how about Belgian van den Plas? I don't know what the style would be called, cabriolet de ville or possibly coupe milord. A very nice car; I hope it's still around.
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.

CCa 1914 - right
Silver Ghost - right

Coachbuilder is not from Belgium though (and not from England either)

Found it. 1913 cabriolet by J Griffault of Levallois-Perret, France.
