No, it is not a mobile shop like many of its Spijkstaal lookalikes. But googling some of your suggestions I found another picture of this van even with a model number. It took some scrolling through the pictures though.  :D

Perhaps I misunderstood the rules of the game, I thought Googling images was forbidden. In case of no Googling I have no chance of finding it because the literature I have does not contain anything on Spijkstaal.

To clarify the rules: it is allowed to enter a word (like Spijkstaal) into Google and check the picture results. In this case you must have an idea (mainly based on knowledge or experience) what the puzzle car might be or how it can be described precisely.

Forbidden is the use of the "Search by Image" (the tiny camera icon) option where you upload a picture (for example the puzzle picture) and you get the results where this very picture can be found on the web. This "Search by Image" has nothing to do with car knowledge, it is just uncovering the picture source by letting Google do the work.

I think without googling in the old-fashioned legitimate way most puzzles would remain unsolved here.

Clearly I'm too analogue. Never knew such an option existed but indeed saw it now. To come back to the puzzle using both Google and the (useless) Bing does not come up with the same or similar picture. Many Spijkstaal vehicles but not the same one as in the openings post.
