It is a Lotus Elan, acquired from Stirling Moss for his racing Team: S.M.A.R.T. (Stirling Moss Automobile Racing Team). The Elan has been aerodynamical modified by Frank Costin (the "Cos" of "Marcos"), brother of Mike Costin (the "Cos" of "Cosworth) with a low drag nose and elongated hartdtop. Sir John Whitmore raced the car in the 1963 season. The SMART-Elan wore a typical light green livery. Towed to the tracks with a Ford Cortina Estate painted in matching colour.

Welcome to AutoPuzzles fromwien (although I note you actually registered here over a year ago..).
That's the car, certainly.
There are other questions that I asked to be answered before you earn your first point though!
So it's locked for you to say who actually built the car and when?
