I am quite sure that this car is the Johann Köster VW (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2017-46/pn-1358/) with a modified grill.

Karl Clemens wrote several letters to the editor of auto motor und sport, e.g. one about the Welsch masterpiece (see below), so he probably wasn't the builder of the pictured car.

I think we should merge these puzzles.
