Not that I am aware of.

I apologize, but it had somehow slipped my mind that this company actually began as a manufacturer of passenger cars, yet transitioned early on to focus exclusively on trucks and commercial vehicles. The past few days have been hectic for me.

The image came from an online source and had clearly been uploaded from an original photo. It was then 'processed' by me to render Google's 'Search by Image' tool ineffective.

To be honest, I'm not sure a 'where can I find it' line of questioning is going to be as effective as a 'what is it' inquiry when it comes to finding this solution.

I don't think so.

I really have no idea what the builder's intention was beyond creating a road-going vehicle by mating an enormous steam engine to a truck chassis. The only additional information available is a short blurb written on the back of the photo by the builder, which identifies: 1) the engine; 2) the chassis; 3) the builder's name; 4) the 'event'; and 5) the year in which the photo was taken.
