I found a couple of names...could it be by LDD (Ludgate Design & Developments) Conversions?
They had several distributors: Top Hat Conversions, A.Hewitt & Co., R.S.I. Motors, K.R.T Cabriolets, R.S Developments and Intrim!

I totally forgot about this, sorry.
I'll go with the 1st, then Top Hap Conversions.
