It is a 1935 Panhard CS with phosphorescent paintwork which made it appear alternatively in ivory or emerald green, shown at the Champs-Élysées Panhard showroom.

Thanks for the point, I picked the right book, initially to name the Panhard model, and discovered the very picture in it.  :)
