That's an interesting design, isn't it? And the manufacturer's history was quite a back and forth. For one point: who was the manucturer of this bike, what was it's name and what was the production period?

Is it a british motorcycle of the 1920s?

Allright KG (Krieger-Gnädig) 499cc 1924 by Allright Fahrradwerke, Cologne (later named Cologne-Lindenthaler Metalworks Ltd). In 1922 Cito has been taken over by Allright. After then, they built the 500cc KG (Krieger-Gnädig)

Locked for fromwien and this comprehensive and almost complete answer. Do you also know the nickname of the bike?
Edit: I also miss the production period.

kwgibbs: You will have realised that it is not a british motorcycle.

I think, the nickname is 'Rennwolf'
Isn't it from 1924?

sichel

Yes, it is the "Rennwolf". May be, that this copy was built in 1924, but my source mentions a longer period.
Still locked.

All sources say 1924. Only one 1924 - 1927. See attachments

Perhaps the specimen in Suhl is the last of its kind. If the bicycles built between 1924 and 1927 have already wandered through the blast furnace, perhaps that explains the missing information. My "Tragatsch" is still in a box in the attic. Otherwise I might know more...
However, the point is yours!
