It's a folding electric car designed for women. Location here is Brockley, London. Can't find any details leading to an identification.

So far so good. The solution is available on the internet - and not in a Facebook group. This doesn't say much, because the page is very, very difficult to find. But maybe it is identified somewhere else as well :)

There's no chance I can find this thing. I did find several comments and discussions regarding the video of PM1931 (Folders! Filmed At Brockley) but no clue as to what the actual vehicle is. The clip also appears to show 2 or 3 different vehicles with the same reg. Feel free to unlock. :)
