Ostuni was a coachbuilder from Puglia (south of Italy); His cars usually has larger grille with sunray-style stripes.

I found this picture of a fiat 1100 by Ostuni, 1950. I think they may come from the same pencil.

It's not the solution but a guess, (and I read now it's been said before...):
I found 3 pics of cars bodied by Faina (license Roma125207 and Roma133025, plus CR16496) and they have strong similarities with the bigger puzzle one (Roma130861):

I'm convinced that both RM125207 and the Patriarca 750, have a Bertone body; the front is actually the same of Stanguellini 1100's one.

Actually it's the same, a Faina-bodied Patriarca 750: there were 2 of them, practically identical (not pictured above) and the 3rd was a Giannini. The design reminds of the Bertone but as you can see it's a different car.

So Faina didn't design, just copied!...Actually the fron of CR16496 is very similar to contemporary Farinas.

I'm not saying it's the same car, but there are many elements that match: the overall (mis)proportions (big windscreen, big side window, slab sides), the lights and so on.

I see those matching elements, specially the roof cut and proportion of CR played...but as it is quite clear that Faina used other coachbuilders' ideas, perhaps he copied from the quiz car too (or from another car of the same designer).
