For a point, who was the coachbuilder, and what was the base car?

I was sure we'd had this one already but none of the search criteria I used would come up with the thread..
Now I know it's here:

https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/new-board/djetset-1038/msg519090/#msg519090

However, I have different information from that which solved the puzzle before, so I'm going to leave this puzzle where it is and see if anyone can come up with the answer I have. My answer was actually provided by the one who commissioned the body, so is highly likely to be the correct one.

The information that I'm asking for now is just: who built it and when?

Here's a rear view which doesn't help but looks nice!:

I believe it is a 1954 Austin Haeley 100H rebuilt by Cattelan in 1955 after an accident. The owner was David S Ehrich, Jr.

That's about the long and the short of it, yes. Well done.
As I already mentioned it's a repost but the builder credited with it in the previous puzzle is different from Fratelli Cattelan of Udine, who I understand actually rebuilt the car into this style after its accident. The information I have comes from David S. Ehrich Jr., who should know best!
