It's a folding electric car designed for women. Location here is Brockley, London. Can't find any details leading to an identification.

So far so good. The solution is available on the internet - and not in a Facebook group. This doesn't say much, because the page is very, very difficult to find. But maybe it is identified somewhere else as well

There's no chance I can find this thing. I did find several comments and discussions regarding the video of PM1931 (
Folders! Filmed At Brockley
) but no clue as to what the actual vehicle is. The clip also appears to show 2 or 3 different vehicles with the same reg. Feel free to unlock.
