There are a surprising number of countries which drive on the left, some of which haven't been mentioned yet, e.g. Irish Republic, Thailand, Cyprus, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, some Caribbean countries, some island nations..  The odd one is Papua New Guinea, which is (or was?) jointly administered by the UK and France and where the Brits drive on the left and the French drive on the right!
