As far as you know, is it listed in some french cars list?

I don't believe it is listed anywhere. It is certainly not in my Beaulieu Encyclopedia.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Yes. You would have solved it anyway because you knew of the existence of the car, so you get the point.

Built by Charles Gibert of Nice and exhibited at the 1903 Paris Salon. This description is from L'Automobile-Revue du Litoral/Nice.
