Lotus Elite Special
That's a Lotus Elite-style body, but I don't know if the car actually contained any Lotus parts. Regardless, the name doesn't include the words "Lotus," "Elite," or "Special."

Tom Finlay's Automotive ?

I've found records from the same period of Finlay competing Lotus cars entered as both "Tom Finlay's Automotive" (the name of his company) and "Tom Finlay's Tequila Sunrise", a name he applied to a variety of different cars over the years. All of Finlay's 'Lotus' entries may be different versions of the same car, but the car in the puzzle photo went by a different name, which was prominently displayed on the bodywork. (I edited the photo to remove this, of course.)

Still LOCKED for you to identify the name applied to the puzzle car.

BB/A class ?
While the Lotus cars entered under the names "Tom Finlay's Automotive" and "Tom Finlay's Tequila Sunrise" both competed in BB/A class, the puzzle car, as shown, was competing in the non-supercharged B/A class.
