I originally found it online, but I don't recall the source. I just searched for the name and found several mentions, though none of these include pictures.

***CORRECTION***

My apologies to kwgibbs, oko94, and anyone else who has spent time searching for this thing over the past 24 hours. It was from Sweden, not Denmark. :-[

Are the pictures from Teknik För Alla magazine?

I don't remember the source, but I know it was from either the UK or USA.

I found!
This project is described in Motor Trend magazine for August 1955. Designed by B. O. Allskog, and named "Innovator" (in other sources it's named "Aquacar").

Well found! Much better than what I based the puzzle on:

...named "Innovator" (in other sources it's named "Aquacar").
By the way, I understand how the odd use of capitalization is misleading (capitalizing the word "Innovator" and not the term "aqua-car"), but I think the Motor Trend article is referring to Allskog as an innovator, not the car.
