By the way, while there were two companies involved (one from Europe and one from another continent), the details of exactly what each company contributed to the final product are unclear to me. I am not sure if the second company constructed the tractor using components from the first company, if the second company modified a completed tractor produced by the first company, if the second company produced the entire tractor under license of the first company, or if there was some other, entirely different arrangement between the two companies which resulted in the production of this tractor. That said, I do know quite a few details about the two companies as well as about the tractor itself.
I have found an unofficial source which states that the Swedish company purchased non-powered versions of the tractor chassis from the American company and then installed its own engines. I am unsure as to the accuracy of that statement, but the vehicle was marketed as a co-branded product of these two companies.
