Sorry oko94, I'm not sure if the car is French but it was raced in France, that's for sure. I think his country of origin is near France. Never forget that I start with a photo for my puzzles and that I learn more as you ask your questions, which is not always easy given the rarity of the cars that I offer.

I've never done that but I'll give you part of the solution for the engine because I think it's more American than German, but since it's the same manufacturer. It's Ford. Without meaning to, I put you on a bad path
