The cab windows and the cylinder housing aren't quite right but this seems like a good lead.

The Tadano and the Kato crane over Mitsubishi or Nissan are very similars

This is a Japanese crane. Rakwon copied them locally. It's still uncertain whether Tadano or KATO.
