What I will do is tax the sale of it (should take care of that national debt issue fairly quickly), put tobacco growers and farmers back on the economic map, reduce drug-related 'crime,' reduce prison census', and continue to work to get the guv'mint out of our morals, values, and wallets.  That, where I come from, is true conservatism.
